Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://questionmentor.com website (the “Service”) operated by Question Mentor (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service allows you to create, post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available interview questions, answers, practice exercises, roadmaps, study resources, or other material (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
You retain all rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
By creating and posting User Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as adaptations for better platform compatibility), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service and developing new features. This license continues even if you stop using our Service.
You represent and warrant that:
The User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and to grant us the rights described in these Terms.
Posting your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are responsible for all activity in connection with your use of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Using the Service in violation of any applicable law.
Posting or sharing User Content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Attempting to compromise system integrity or security.
Uploading malicious code such as viruses or worms.
Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users.
Using automated bots or scrapers to extract data, except for search engines and public archives that comply with our robots.txt.
We reserve the right (though not the obligation) to investigate and/or terminate your account if you have violated these Terms.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Question Mentor and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Pakistan and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, indemnities, limitations of liability) will survive.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Defects will be corrected.
The Service is free of harmful components.
The results from using the Service (such as practice question accuracy) will meet your expectations.
In no event shall Question Mentor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of the Service.
Conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Content obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or User Content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Question Mentor, its licensors, and its affiliates, along with their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or User Content you submit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
Changes: We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
